Return & Refund Policy
We are fully dedicated to your health, pleasure, and satisfaction. Our products are rigorously tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your product and perhaps need a return or a refund, we’ll do our best to make this happen.
Unfortunately, given the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used. We are able to accept returns or offer refunds in the following circumstances:
i) Manufacturing Defects: If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will issue refund– contact us here within 12 hours of receipt for assistance. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer else it might get lost. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
ii) Unopened & Unused: If you wish to return an unopened/unused product, contact us here within 12 hours of receipt and we will be happy to help you. Please include your order number and the email address you placed your order.
iii) Wrong product: Buyers can Request a return within 12 hours of delivery only if wrong product is delivered. If you do not contact us within 12 hours of receipt, your item may not be eligible for return/refund.
Please submit a return request within 12 hours of receipt of the package, and be sure to include your Order ID. To verify the condition of the product, we may need you to share images or videos. If approved, we will reach out to you to initiate the refund/exchange process. While we are happy to arrange a return/refund, we will ask you to cover all shipping.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of order placement, provided your order hasn’t shipped. If your order ships before it can be cancelled, you’re welcome to initiate a return as long as the original packaging has not been opened.
How Long Does It Take To Get A Refund?
Once your returned item has been received at our fulfilment centre, it will be checked by our quality team. If the return is approved, we will let you know (via email). Please allow up to 15 days from the day we approve a returned item for the refund to be received into your account. The length of time for the refund is also dependent on bank processing times. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or credit. If you are approved, then your refund or credit will be processed within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at MrBhargab123@gmail.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail at MrBhargab123@gmail.com for return address.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping & Packaging costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
